Born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and raised in Manassas, VA, Melanie Maldonado Ponciano serves as a Legal Assistant at Rodriguez Law Firm. She began her college journey at Virginia Tech and plans to continue her studies at George Mason University. In her role, Melanie handles various administrative tasks, such as mailing record requests and assisting the office and financial manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
A local to the Northern Virginia area, Melanie enjoys visiting farmers’ markets, crocheting, and spending time with her family, especially her dog. A baseball enthusiast, she’s a dedicated fan of the Houston Astros.
