1. No Attorney-Client Relationship The information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Submitting a form or contacting the firm does not establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed upon the execution of a written retainer agreement signed by both parties.
2. SMS/MMS Text Messaging Program Terms By providing your phone number and opting in via our web forms, you provide your express written signature consenting to receive automated updates, alerts, and marketing text messages from Rodriguez Law Firm. Message frequency varies based on your case activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After you send the message “STOP”, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply “HELP” or contact info@rodriguezlawfirm.com.
3. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver You and Rodriguez Law Firm agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof—including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, or any communications (such as calls or text messages) received from the Firm—shall be determined exclusively by binding arbitration rather than in a court of law. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE FIRM ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
4. Governing Law and Severability These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under local state laws, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
