Christopher FitzPatrick is a highly experienced litigation attorney whose practice spans personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, criminal defence, and complex commercial litigation and employment discrimination matters. Education and background

Chris earned his BA in Political Science & History from Fordham University in 1991, before completing his Juris Doctor at Touro Law School's Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1996.

Over the course of his career, he has tried an extensive number of personal injury and medical malpractice jury trials, and has represented many individuals injured by defective and dangerous products. He has also defended clients charged with serious felonies and misdemeanours and represented numerous clients in complex commercial litigation and employment discrimination matters.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing tennis, golf, and swimming, volunteering at a local legal clinic, and travelling to destinations both local and international.

Chris's standing among his peers reflects the trust he has earned throughout his career. In 2016–17, he was nominated and elected by five Maryland Circuit Court Judges to serve as President of the Anne Arundel James C. Cawood Inn of Court, an organisation comprising over 100 Maryland trial lawyers and Circuit Court and District Court judges.

He is admitted to practise law in Virginia, Maryland, New York, and the District of Columbia. He is further admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the District of Maryland, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Columbia, and the Southern District of Illinois.

Chris is also admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
